Hi! My name is Kelly

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) dedicated to supporting clients on their path toward healing and growth. I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms—it's about understanding yourself, strengthening your relationships, and creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

I work with adults experiencing a range of concerns with specific areas of focus that include trauma, anxiety and depression, and attachment/relational concerns. I also support clients navigating major life transitions, including the transition into adulthood, changes in relationships or identity, parenting stress, and shifts in work or family life.

My style is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are.

With more than 14 years of clinical experience, I've had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a wide variety of settings.

My background includes working with adults experiencing homelessness, adolescents in inpatient and residential treatment programs, youth navigating the juvenile justice system, and individuals and families receiving community-based therapy services at home and in school.

I also have many years of experience providing outpatient psychotherapy for a group private practice, helping clients of all ages navigate life's challenges with compassion and evidence-based care.

Outside of work, I’m married and a mom of two through adoption. I love spending time with family and friends and exploring new places. Yoga and adult coloring books are two of my favorite ways to unwind and recharge!
