Therapy That Fits You.

No two people have the same story, which is why therapy should be guided by what is most meaningful and relevant to you and your goals. My work is rooted in evidence-based practices while remaining flexible to your individual needs.

Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, behaviors, and life experiences to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck or causing distress. From there, we'll develop practical skills and strategies that support progress and lasting change.

When working with adolescents, I aim to provide an open, non-judgmental space where teens can work through difficulties they are facing while also developing healthy communication, decision-making, and coping skills.

I am committed to providing neuro-affirming and culturally responsive care that honors your unique identity, lived experiences, values, and background. I recognize that culture, family, community, and systemic experiences all shape how we navigate the world, and these perspectives are welcomed and respected in our work together.

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including:
  • Trauma-Informed Therapy

  • Attachment-Based Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Family Systems Therapy

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Level 1 Certified)
