Services
Individual Therapy:
I work with adults and older teens ages 16+ experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment and relationship difficulties, impulsive or addictive behaviors, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, and major life transitions. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs and may include gaining insight into patterns, developing practical strategies, improving relationships, and making changes that feel meaningful and sustainable
Therapy for teens 16+:
The later teen years can often bring additional pressures around school, relationships, family expectations, identity, independence, and decisions about the future. I provide individual therapy for teens 16+ who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, stuck, disconnected, or having difficulty managing emotions, relationships, or behaviors.
Therapy is a space where you can talk openly, feel heard without judgment, and work on the things that matter most to you. We’ll work together to better understand what’s going on, build strategies that actually feel useful, and help you feel more confident navigating this stage of life.
Family Therapy/Family Support:
Families can get stuck in patterns that are hard to shift on their own, especially during times of stress, conflict, or change. Family therapy can provide a supportive space to improve communication, better understand one another, clarify boundaries, and work toward healthier ways of relating.

Every person comes to therapy with a unique story, which is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We will work together to tailor therapy to your individual needs using evidence-based approaches. Together, we'll explore the root causes of your challenges while building practical tools you can use in everyday life. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make lasting change.

Due to each person’s unique circumstances, there are no set number of therapy sessions. We'll work together toward your goals, checking in regularly to make sure therapy continues to meet your needs. When you feel ready, we'll plan together for the next steps which could include reducing session frequency or transitioning out of therapy.
